No matter what age you are, at one point in your life, you’ve most likely struggled with money in some sense.
Whether it be rent, having enough to buy a special gift for someone, or finding funds for your day-to-day expenses when you’re just starting out, it’s almost like a riteof passage. Even further down the line, as a wise adult, money troubles can always pop up.
But there are ways to get around it all and become smart about spending!
When Kelsey Lettko realized she was throwing away money on rent for a San Fransico apartment with no view and no space, she decided to make a change.
She purchased a 36-foot boat from 1988.
Rather than put money into something that was not hers, nor perfect for her, she decided it’d be better to put the money into something that actually isher own.
She saves over $500 a month, and has learned to live a lot more creativelyand simpler with the space restrictions.
When she shows you inside, you can tell she’s clearly made the most of her space. Everything looks so spacious and airy. I think this is a place anyone would enjoy spending their time in, don’t you?
