This Froyo Tastes Amazing And Won’t Sneakily Make You Fat

What happened to the great froyo craze of 2010-2012? No one really knows. But, to be fair, froyo is still like, a decent way to enjoy dessert without gaining 3 lbs. so were not gonna totally knock it. However, your froyo stops being healthy when you get the sugariest flavor and add six chopped up Reese’s cups to it, so stop pretending. Thankfully, there is a way to eat froyo and not gain all the summer weight you are trying to lose. Since we dont really like leaving the house, weve found an easy recipe for totally healthy and not-actually-froyo froyo. Yah, its like better for you and youll still have a bikini bod. AND it only requires four ingredients, so even you can’t fuck it up (probably). 


Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, frozen peel and slice then put in the freezer the night before; your fingers will thank you
  • 3 tbsps honey or agave nectar
  • cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 2 tsps vanilla extract

Put the bananas in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Gradually add the remaining ingredients, processing until smooth and creamy. FYI youll need to scrape the sides as you go.

Remove your mixture from the food processor and place in a bowl. Put that shit in the freezer for a few minutes to harden up, then enjoy. This shit only weighs in at less than 80 calories per cup. YAASSS.

If this recipe like, bores you, feel free to add different shit to the base recipe liiiike frozen strawberries, chocolate (you could add straight up chips plus about cup of cocoa powder), nuts, and whatever else your little heart desires.
